5yAs a dedicated Toaster, your input is incredibly valuable in helping us continue to improve, so we really appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. As Toast scales, it's imperative that we develop processes and systems that enable our employees to do their jobs with ease and allow us to best support our customers. I know we are implementing a ton of change across the organization and, at times, it can feel saturating. We continue to invest in enablement and training for our teams to allow our CSers to ramp quickly, learn, and grow over time. Process and tools are a big priority for both my team and me right now. We know that if we focus on these two key areas, we will remove obstacles that are getting in your way. I am planning on hosting a series of roundtables in Onboarding and would love to hear from you directly. I would also encourage you to reach out to me via Slack so we can set up time 1x1.
