      Amazing Starting - Difficult to Maintain

      Pros

      Toast in the start was amazing for their clients and to their employees as they grew and went public obviously all loyalty went to the stock holders.

      Cons

      It’s unfortunate because the product was great but the support and follow through was detrimental to your selling process. I would say hit the targets as fast as you can earn what you can but stay vigilant by telling the truth to clients over promising and under delivering falls on your own reputation.

      Pros

      It's difficult to find a combination of fast growing technology company with good work life balance. Toast is one of the few which manages to provide exactly that.

      Cons

      Total compensation is lower than industry standard.
