      Enablement. Lunch and gas reimbursements

      Cons

      Onboarding and support are weak. We have to pull up the slack for them to prevent churn. Selling starts after the agreement has been signed.

      Pros

      So far everything has been good. From hours to managers to coworkers. I'm a salary worker and I don't often work over 40 hours. My managers have always been understanding. Whether it's been needing days off or more clarification on a task. When I asked any coworker for help even if I haven't talked to them before they have been helpful.
