      Pros

      You're allowed to do your job, while also being treated as an adult. Remote work is the norm for us and I don't see that changing, despite industry moving in all different directions.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership is a little out of touch with the operational side and scaling has been painful.

      Incredible, smart talented teammates.. Amazing benefits - looking forward to the sabbatical! Work from home benefits and equal opportunity for people who work remotely. Amazing opportunities for learning, growth and enrichment.

      Cons

      Honestly not sure I have any now. I have grown my career here so there have been ups and downs but I don’t consider that a con.
