Fantastic company culture, room for growth that you can't get at any other tech companies in Boston or arguably anywhere else in general.

Cons

With high goals it can be more stressful - but its exciting to have high goals because it means we're moving in the right direction

A team that cares about you and your future. A culture of helping each other, instead of outdoing each other.

Cons

Grindy work. If you want to succeed, you will have to be willing to put in a lot of work. After hour work, things not in your role description.
