      Pros

      Everyone is genuinely nice and willing to help. They try to offer as much as they can outside of compensation to keep employees happy. Upper management makes themselves available and easy to reach out to if you are having issues. Overall great place to work.

      Cons

      This company doesn’t pay as well as other tech companies. They give you salary based on a national average and don’t take into account where you live.

      I have really enjoyed the amount of career development opportunities I’ve had access to in the last year I’ve been here.

      Cons

      I think their biggest area of opportunity is managing our workload and changing compensation when workloads increase

      Pros

      Working at toast has been a game changer for me. They invest in you and allow all of your skills and keep smarty come to life in your position. The benefits are incredible and the support from management is unlike any other I have seen!
