      Pros

      * Company Culture * Inclusive is not just a catch phrase * Competitive salaries * Excellent benefits * Unlimited PTO (and they truly encourage using it) * Did I mention the culture? It is AMAZING!!!

      Cons

      * Workloads are a bit stretched thin currently but it is getting better * Finding info and right people when you are new can be a little tough

      Great flexibility to schedule your work days to fit individual lifestyles. Company is a pay for performance culture where no one is necessarily watching when you are logged in etc.
