      Nice, competent folks in this department. Great benefits. Strong culture of knowledge-sharing.

      Cons

      Cross-team/department communication is non-existent. Salesforce was the wrong tool to be using for Implementation. Product we were working on wasn't very good, and process changes were hard to come by.
