      Pros

      Very very talented team. I feel like I’m working with the best of the best. Exciting work being done to support our customers and help them thrive in this COVID world. Clear priorities with strong OKR planning.

      Cons

      Honestly it’s just an uncertain external market. But if anyone will survive, it’s Toast.
