      Pros

      Great company, with an exciting pace and family style culture. You get a real sense that you are part of something big, and can't help to feel passionate about the mission and potential of the company

      Cons

      Very fast paced, agile, and constantly changing. These are not bad things, but do not suit everyone. So if you like to do a quiet 9-5 and know exactly what lies ahead of you in the coming year, then this may not be for you.
