Pros

Toast is an amazing company. The leadership including the founders and CEO are compassionate and caring and make all decisions based on Toast's values. This is a company that truly cares about its employees, its products, and its customers. Toast feels more like a community than a job. Your co-workers grow to be your family. Toast offers unlimited PTO and amazing perks such as ping pong tables in the office, unlimited snacks, bagels on Mondays, parking attached to the building, and lots of team outings.

Cons

Like many other reviews, they are little to no cons about working at Toast. The pay is below average for the Boston area and for the amazing talent they recruit. Toast is extremely picky in who they hire as they only want the best but do not pay to retain that talent. Due to COVID-19, they will no longer match 401k for remainder of the year.
