      Pros

      Good product in a demanding industry, lots of pressure to meet quota, but doing your job well shouldn't make that an issue

      Cons

      Being remote is at times difficult to get fast resolutions. Entire company communicates via email/Sales force/slack which could be a challenge

      tasks are not assigned with detailed explanation, and project are separated into different services so time could be wasted on waiting for responses from others
