Senior management are unapproachable Holiday - feel guilt taking any Enablement do not enable, very US style selling which is pushy Burnout is common and normalized, but team leads keep pushing us anyway because they're under pressure

You can learn a lot about different development stacks

Cons

you are expected to be a full stack engineer which resulted in inexperienced people writing code for different platforms making the code base extremely bad all over.
