POS is booming and they are actually growing in the market

Cons

I did not have a good experience right from the interview stage till date! HR seems to be not bothered to give feedback and candidate experience has been worst till they onboarded me! Candidate experience has gone for a toss. Secondly after onboarding I as an employee feel lost in the company without any directions. This first impression made me think whether i should continue and stay here at this org or look out for opportunities

- Pay, bonuses, stock - Nice central office, snacks and coffee machines - Helpful and inclusive team - Hybrid role to come in 8 days/month - Attractive product - Constantly developing product, lots of room to learn - Lots of cross team work with different departments

Cons

- High stress role - Entitled and rude customers - You regularly need to explain every ASAT under 4* - Not enough support when going from training to live - Common burnout and stress in team - High pressure from Managers to constantly improve and do more from an already demanding role - Very big product, you will regularly have to answer to things you've never heard of before
