Pros

As someone who joined after 2 years of experience, I needed an organization without a lot of politics. When I joined, it seemed like things wer not great, but they have been investing in leadership hiring. Now, the leadership team is very approachable be it my manager or Chennai Site Leader or Chennai PSP. I am able to talk to them without fear or retaliation. I was able to get promoted in the organization by just focussing on doing my tasks and didn't have to play politics like in many other organization. Thank you leaders for improving the situation on the ground.
