      Pros

      Being part of one of the fastest growing tech companies creates an amazing amount of opportunity, both in terms of professional development and career trajectory. We have an industry changing product, a passionate customer base, and extremely talented employee base. It will be a fun ride for all Toast employees over the next few years!

      Cons

      There are some growing pains, but management is aware is acting quickly to address. Being open and receptive to feedback shows me that Toast is set up for long term growth.

      Pros

      A great group of people Flexible work environment You can be yourself at work Lots of snacks Lots of social and professional opportunities outside of the day to day in the office Commuter benefit is very good Great location

      Cons

      Health Insurance could be better (compared to other tech companies) Parental Leave is limited Upward movement is easier in some departments than it is in others. Talk to your managers to make it happen.

      Pros

      Great People, Great Culture, and Great Pay if you do what is expected and hit your numbers... the money will come. Management is very numbers focused but it works!

      Cons

      Can and will take 8-10 months to really start closing a lot of deals if you are starting a new in a new market. Not really a negative but it can be if you come in expecting to immediately be a top rep. That’s just not realistic unless you come in with a lot of connections.
