      -Unlimited PTO that you are pushed to take -Snacks -Equity -Transparent culture -Focus on diversity -Bring in the right talent -HUGE opportunity in the space

      -Fast growing and ever changing -Stress due to amount of work that needs to get done -Long hours and lack of work/life balance

      I love that you've felt our commitment to openness and transparency firsthand; I think it's something that makes us unique given our size. And I completely agree- our people really make Toast a great place to work. We don't plan to slow down or stop hiring awesome people. If anything, we're doubling down on our efforts to develop and scale our culture so that it's inclusive of all Toasters and respectful of work-life balance.       * Friendly, competent co-workers * Passionate about their product * Competitive compensation * Restaurant business = good taste in lunches & snacks * Lots of social events * Lots of initiative around increasing diversity in the office * Management/leadership was genuinely approachable

      * Crowded office * More extroverted than a lot of tech * Green line to Fenway is awful

      Pros

      Working at Toast has helped me to grow personally and professionally in ways I hadn’t imagined I could do in only two years. I would highly recommend working here to all hardworking driven people who are excited for an opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Similar to most reviews here. Toast moves fast and change is almost a constant. If that isn’t for you, you’ll likely find it to be the biggest con about working here. However if change motivates you, then like me, this too will be a pro.
