      Pros

      Huge focus on people and personal development. Lots of attention paid to managers and how they advocate for their teams. Amazing culture of inclusion and being your true self in work, with various employee community groups, events and education. Great hiring team who hires genuinely nice people who are great to work with

      Cons

      There often can be quickly shifting focuses, which at times is good and exciting, but other times can create a sense of instability.

      I can't really think of any cons. At times the tech debt can feel like a lot to deal with but that can be said for most tech companies
