      Toast has imbibed it's core values in every aspect, takes very good care of it's employees. It embraces hospitality mindset and gives utmost value to it's customers. As a tech enthusiast every toaster will enjoy their tenure here with amazing tech stack, freedom to innovate and an amazing work life balance.

      Cons

      As a startup in India, it is still finding it's way to create a gaint foot print. As the employees keep growing they are still finding ways to improve facilities like commute to office, work space management etc;

      Small tech team, great culture, huge leadership visibility, flexibility to take risks , fail and come back strong. Great innovations.

      Too many problems to solve. Speed to expand is slow.
