Everything else. They will tell you there are growth opportunities. There are none unless you are a professional at sucking up to management. They will tell you they care about the employees. Interesting how they moved bonus and promotion cycles out, are hiring more and more offshore teams to replace US -based candidates and are constantly pointing the blame finger at everyone who has stayed. Senior leadership is leaving, staff accountants are leaving and I would suggest that you STAY AWAY from this company if you care about your career. Not sure who they are polling for all the "happiest employee" awards but it sure isn't anyone down in the trenches.

Success is extremely territory dependent. Quota is the same for everyone at the base AE level and aggressive, so be ready for no work life balance. You can put in triple the work an AE colleague does, but will never see their type of comp due to your territories opportunity vs theirs. Consistent 100% attainment is expected. Signing a deal is one part of the battle, but expect to spend a lot of time keeping a customer to get them through onboarding to live in order to actually see comp from the deal.
