      Unlimited PTO, benefits, flexibility with schedule

      Cons

      Lack of transparency and uninformed decsion making, lack of cross-functional understanding of the business, lack of strategic vision and leadership, "people first" looks great on paper however the reality is far from this mantra

      Pros

      Benefits are great, pay is good if you're overattaining.

      Cons

      Work life balance is nonexistent. You'll get bombarded by your customers because the Care team is not equipped to handle issues. Goals continue to go up but unless you're in a major market they're not attainable.
