Managers talk about employees, upper management lies and makes empty promises. Managers also have favorites.

The work load is constant, and if you work extra you might get an extra dollar or two on the form of points. Feedback is received well at lower management but nothing officiates it goes anywhere from there. We are constantly taking work from other departments, who earn more money an hour than we do, and doing their job. We are supposed to get a quarterly bonus but lose it based on things we cannot control like clients reopening cases even though we completed their request, or like a poor customer review even though it wants you they were referring to. Recruiting promised unlimited PTO only to find out it is not unlimited.
