      Pros

      Pay is better than not having a job.

      Cons

      Toast continues to reform and remove benefits. All remote opportunities for growth have disappeared. Majority of internal movement is overseas. Outsourcing continues to outpace internal growth.

      There's a lot going on and you get paid ok with a lot of opportunities. Good people.

      Cons

      Layoffs layoffs layoffs. Constant threat of being let go, raises always promised but never come.
