I'm a seasoned functional leader and believe me, this is the most disingenuous culture led by a few nepo hires with power that make frantic thrashes and misses and are not held accountable. Basic prioritization escapes these leaders. We have another AMA with ST coming up so I have to find a way to, yet again, tow the company line as my entire org (and the rest of that company for that matter) roles their eyes.

Awful Leadership Decisions Rollback of previously offered benefits Horrible Training Continuous and Stupid decisions made that cause more work to be loaded on employees. Whether due to refusing to hire people to sustain demand, refusing paying people to help in other departments, or layoffs to hire outsourcing agents. You'll find yourself in some positions that are nice and cushy, but if you are a front line worker, expect outdated and awful metrics, micromanaging, and unattainable goals. There's a reason Toast continues to drop in it's Glassdoor ratings, and it doesn't seem like they're doing much to regain favor with it's employees.
