      They are disorganized on time which can lead to a lot of stress on your part. Sales is treated like IT a lot of the time.

      work life balance autonomous schedule no micro-managing

      Cons

      low pay compared to market, and company not willing to increase based on location. Anyone in CA should avoid unless you are an engineer or director level. company decisions make work for IC's more difficult and have been worsening the customer experience.
