Pros

Good reputation, valuable learning experience, benefits, a lot of training opportunities for sales, could be good money if you worked in a successful community

Cons

Division is poorly managed, severely understaffed, pay is bare bones for sales, no stability, difficult to have a work/life balance, working every single weekend

Pros

Toll Brothers is a well respected, well known company. It feels good to work for a top rated company. There are town hall meetings which keep employees informed as to what is going on within the company and quarterly newsletters. Good benefits, great perks like big, beautiful guest houses that employees can rent for vacation, lots of fun things at the corporate office (from a Peeps contest in the Spring, a Halloween contest, Holiday party, health fair on site, mobile oil changes on site, chair massages, car detailing on site while you work, seminars on 401k's and understanding your benefits, seminars on how to conduct webinars and many other continuing education type things, etc). They also offer summer hours! :)

Cons

Lack of women in management positions. (Just getting a maternity policy in 2016 shows how far behind the times the company is when it comes to women in business)

Pros

Perks for employees including week-long stays at company guest homes; company discounts on appliances and furniture, health benefits are good.

Cons

Business unit is severely understaffed and overworked. Just a handful of resources handle operations, implementation, and design of the infrastructure. Management is very controlling; subordinates are given little to no autonomy over their own work. Work is heavily scrutinized to the point of being micromanaged. Work culture is very old-fashioned with no defined processes and procedures in place. Decisions are often made verbally by management on the fly with tight deadlines, creating a very stressful environment.
