      America's OK luxury home builder .

      Pros

      Comfortable work atmosphere, easy to use contracts, forms, letters, and company interface smooth and easy to use, coworkers were nice and interacted well between all levels of management and the building process.

      Cons

      Too focused on cheesy selling techniques and homebuyer functions that only brought the same people every time, always about the bottom line but the economy was bad and people were taking longer, "go sell something"- really?, switched sales managers between locations too frequently.

      Employee beware

      Knowing there’s other jobs out there that you don’t have to stay here.

      Cons

      This division is like a boys club, if you’re not from the old company you truly don’t belong. Management keeps a thumb on you, there is no training, no guidance and there is definitely no team. In the past two years there has been remarkable people that have quit because they cannot deal with the management here. Especially after working six years at this company, no one knows what the other is doing except for certain people in the books are so messed up that Sam Hyde what is truly going on systems are not set up correctly the set up for certain people to work correctly it’s just a huge mess! STAY AWAY!!! Better jobs out there!
