      Great pay and the company is moving towards a modern workplace environment (i.e. short Fridays, work-life balance, benefits, etc.).

      Cons

      VERY corporate and structured. This is a con to me because I am very laid back. A better culture would be less structured. Constant moves and they are Still stuck in the past in some aspects. Construction is no longer working long hours but rather working efficiently during the hours you are there
