Management, leadership development lacking, no trust in employees to have work life balance, people there for years with barely any raises or bonuses meanwhile CEO can buy the moon

Pros

Some divisions are outstanding, especially those run by Chris Gaffney. Financially sound company that recognizes talent and insists on doing the right thing.

Cons

Dallas division was a mediocre home building entity that rides the reputation built by Toll in the Northeast. Ethics violations and other issues present themselves the further you move out from the main office. DFW management would fit in nicely running Grand Homes or DR Horton, not Toll Brothers.
