Pros

Offers FMLA to help wife's cancer battle, acts as if they are willing to work with you. Medical and FSA helped.

Cons

Terminated due to my wife having breast cancer. Management never given me a proper backup, leading to work lagging. When I was out, no one covered my desk. Management made work impossible to catch up on due to ridiculous ideas (changed way supplies were distributed so I was away from my desk more than at my desk)

International Company with great reputation throughout Australia and Asia. Solid Company from a longevity standpoint. Good financials for growth.

Cons

US based management have a steamship mentality - "build it and they will come" with no strategic direction. Execs bring in every crony they worked with for the past 20 years to bleed the company dry. Fire or push out any legacy employees from before the acquisition. Bring in foreign employees to replace US citizens

Cons

Terrible management worldwide. C-levels aren't interested in growing the company. Toxic, dysfunctional environment with each acquired company and person fending for themselves. No strategy for growth. No identity or culture. no presence in USA market.
