Alright if you want to make some quick money, but wouldn't stay for long

-Good hourly pay with good penalty rates

Cons

-Shift work -No training provided at all -Unpredictable rostering system -Management promoted from within so no new ideas -A lot of relatives of managers working -Not the great screening process for employees, makes the job a lot harder -Manager's really have no idea whats going on, on the floor -No communication between manager's and workers -A lot of politics -Not the best workers get the most shifts, just depends on who you know in the company
