Pros

Scheduling was just decent but not great. Paid at the end of the night.

Cons

You pool all day with both am and pm bar. So if you work nights and don’t leave until 3 am and most of the money was made at night you still split with the am bar who may not have pulled their weight making it no incentive to work the harder and busier shifts. Forever out of items. Both kitchen and bar.

Terrible hours, minimum 50 hour work week (usually 60+), poor communication, false promises, lack of trust
