I was not trained effectively and the management put the blame on me. Initially there was an individual who was on sick leave. My job was going rather well until he came off of his sick leave. Before he came back I was able to do some of the pricing and other tasks. I was getting some really good feedback from my peers on the work that I was doing. Then he came back and took away the opportunity to continue growing and learning. The other thing that I would like to talk about is my exit day at the company. It was a total surprise when they told me that I was going to be let go. I was actually doing rather good work for them at that time. When I was let go I was told that I would be getting the rest of my annual vacation. So I months went by and I got a letter from them stating that they had overpaid me. There were 5 deposits made over a period of 2 months. I had no idea that they were paying me. Now they want their money and they cannot explain why they overpaid me.

Don’t get hurt and try to claim short term disability because they will fire you. Even though I was paying for disability, they fired when I was going to make a claim. They want you to pay for everything but they don’t want to pay you back. They will make you woke over but not pay you for it. MANGER IS A IDIOT.
