So you get to meet and work with a variety of interesting people. - Some of the engineers there are really good. It's a good place to learn. - You get assigned higher responsibilities sooner than you would in other companies. - You get treated fairly. You can speak up. - It is a stable company. CEO is competent where it matters the most, weathered several financial crisis and made product transitions at the right time. - A lot of former employees are now working at Google, Microsoft and so on. It makes it much more likely to get into these companies later on in your career if you are interested.

I've worked at Tom Sawyer for over three years, and one of my favorite things about it is the friendly staff. People are always happy to help and answer questions, and they respect each other as individuals who have personal lives outside of work. The CEO and all of the technical staff are true experts in graph and data visualization as well as software engineering and data science. The products are very powerful as well, and I'm often impressed by the caliber of customers we are able to obtain and the reputation we have built over the years in the domains we support.
