Absolutely awful

Pros

A regular source of income in a bad economy

Cons

New employees are given no training, thrown into an environment and expected to automatically know the details of their job. The supervision is horrible including the top supervision in charge of watching the floor supervisors. There is no teamwork, and you must endure disrespectful management who are very unprofessional. The upper management uses position to gain outside affairs and party time. There is no use in complaining because the supervisors and managers cover for each other and plot against employees who stand up for what is right.
