Pros

The pros are the same as any other retail corporation. Networking and discounts.

Cons

Management sucks, they bleed you dry, make the most out f you (for cheap). It's time-consuming, with no set schedule, limited days off (Holidays/vacation). Annoying/rude customers, continuous drama in the workplace, meaningless labor. Very limited opportunities for growth.

Pros

The pay is slightly better than other retail stores and the discount is the best I've ever encountered. This may or may not be a good thing-- I've seen employees basically give their paychecks back to the company. The job responsibilities are very simple as well. You'll have lots of young, outgoing co-workers, lots of students from the surrounding area. You'll easily get 30+ hours a week.

Cons

The management at my store is so unprofessional. It's clear that each manager has their favorites and if you're not one of them, they'll give you a hard time, every time. Some managers are on a constant power trip. I find this so infuriating because even if you're not doing anything wrong, they will find a reason to call you out. It's degrading.
