Diversity of experiences, great to develop a stellar skill set. Supportive, friendly work environment. Great place to be if you're into fitness and wellness. Good benefits: Free Tonal for most engineering employees.

Cons

The usual startup pains: Funding issues, lack of structure among different orgs, unclear/insufficient documentation (but that's what you can improve upon!).
