They'll hire anybody who can pass a background and drug test. Great company for about six months of experience, assuming you want to stay in the same field.

Cons

This company is notorious for underbidding contracts, which means their employees don't get paid what they deserve. Job expectations don't match the little they intend to pay you. Management is a hot bed of trash with no clear direction.
