      Pros

      Will hire anyone right off the street and put them in uniform very quickly. No need to be considered about rules, they can't enforce them due to staffing shortages. In house DCJS unarmed instructor.

      Cons

      Very high fees and start-up cost, not covered by company. Poor ineffective management. Very low starting pay. Expected to be on call 24-7 without additional pay.

      No pros. Do not work here. Terrible job.

      Cons

      Minimum wage, no communication, weird call ins and call outs. Will want you to work hours you weren’t assigned to.
