Pros

Company pays for uniforms. They try to accommodate you with a location you prefer.

Cons

You pay for training. They don't always have your size in uniforms. If your relief doesn't show, you might have to do a double shift. If a family emergency occurs, it takes too long to get a relief.

You get a full scope of what a security officer does , the pay is somewhat ok (before taxes)

Cons

No breaks (depending on site) No lunch (depending on site) they don't tell about the important stuff like you don't have to spend 75 dollars on registration and fingerprints for dcjs .. they are cheap so good luck with advancements , they toss around on a billion sites ! You will never get a day off
