Pros

As long as you are with the right contract, you will get paid above average. You can get as many hours as you make yourself available for. Overtime is available based on situations and events the company has been contracted for.

Cons

High turnover. Some account managers are better than others. Some site supervisors are better than others. Time off can be hard to get once you provide your availability at your hire date. You will be held to that availability you provided.

Top Guard Security has provided me gainful employment for several years and has been an excellent company to work for. Scheduling and working with needed time off has been a very positive aspect with this company.

Cons

Top Guard Security needs to better communicate with its office staff in order to avoid promoting someone only to take that promotion away due to lack of comunication among there staff for positions
