Treated as a body & looked to work as such. There mistakes are your problems. And there is no given help to fix them. Uninformed & Unprofessional type of work place.

Some coworkers were great and you can just hang out with them for the whole shift.

Cons

Management is too strict. This is a security job, not a career job. If you want people to care about the job more, try giving raises.

Semi-flexible schedules, some contracts pay fairly well, work isn't too hard, and has contracts all over the Hampton Roads area.

Cons

I have next to no respect for almost everyone in the company. Site leadership believes that they're the only ones with good ideas and discourage creative solutions to problems.
