There is a lot of flexibility in my position, I am not always in the office, and I have a lot of interaction with other staff.

Cons

Never knowing what the day is going to be like (for me that's exciting, but to some it could be seen as a con)

Hours upon hours plus overtime if you want it.

Cons

I hate going to the office in Norfolk, everyone comes in with a frown. I haven't received my correct shirt size therefore my uniform isn't presentable. They schedule you as if you are their slave, I am not getting paid what I was told and what was written on my paperwork when I had my interview.
