Poor Management Employees who don’t want to work Supervisors who try to like to make employees feel bad about their performance and talking down to them.

I like the culture at this company, the supervisors and office staff have all been kind and friendly to me and they are always encouraging. The pay is also slightly higher than what other security companies in the area offer, according to my experience.

Cons

The occasional phone call in the middle of the night asking for emergency coverage.
