      Pros

      Plenty of hours if your willing to put the time in and sacrifice your personal life.

      Cons

      Poor communication between the office/dispatch and the officers on or off duty. No direct way to report any wrong doing by individuals, wether in the company or not. Pay scale is on the low end because of contract based work. Favoritism for certain people allows disregard for policy and site s.o.p

      Pros

      As long as you are with the right contract, you will get paid above average. You can get as many hours as you make yourself available for. Overtime is available based on situations and events the company has been contracted for.

      Cons

      High turnover. Some account managers are better than others. Some site supervisors are better than others. Time off can be hard to get once you provide your availability at your hire date. You will be held to that availability you provided.

      TG has a wide variety of Job locations to choose from. TG has various schedules from Fulltime to Part-time to meet anyone needs. TG Management is focused on providing the best quality service to the clients and officers employed. TG is continually looking for ways to improve .

      Cons

      Some sites are low pay with a high demand. These sites tend to generate high turnover. Some officers hired should never have been hired and end up being unreliable.
