      Topcon provides a better work/life balance than any other company I have been a part of. Topcon treats their employees with respect and not as just another number. You can feel proud representing a company that provides solutions that help people grow their businesses and help create a better world for generations to come.

      Pros

      International Company with high technology. The brand is well known and the quality of his products is very high. The work balance is one of his strenght point. Everybody can give the own contribute and bring own experience.

      Cons

      Products Innovation is not a positive point - we need every year new products. Marketing more oriented on the product in the market and application.

      Pros

      I am really enjoying my new position here at Topcon Positioning Systems. My onboarding experience was seamless, receiving a warm welcome and extensive training to help me be successful and feel confident. But what I enjoy most is the diverse and friendly group of people here, the fun company culture and the openness between management and staff. It's a great place to work and you can tell that's why so many employees stay, year after year.
