      Pros

      Topcon is a fantastic place to work. If you want to work at a place with a great culture this is the place! There is definitely a family like vibe within the organization. Even though many of us work remotely I feel a bond with those I work with. Everyone genuinely cares about each other. This job allows me to travel and to work with some amazing people. I love that there is always a new challenge here at topcon. as we develop new products i have to learn new things. it keeps you on your toes and helps to keep things interesting.

      Cons

      The biggest downside to the job is all of the travel, but that's what I signed up for.
