Pros

Collaborative Team: My department boasts a supportive and friendly atmosphere. Everyone is helpful, and there’s an almost complete absence of toxic behavior, making it a great environment to work in. Innovative Industry: Working in an industry as dynamic as ours is very fulfilling. Being involved in the development of new technologies is both exciting and rewarding. Professional Growth: Over the years with the company, I’ve significantly developed my professional skills, thanks to the opportunities provided here. It's a great place for learning and growth, especially for junior specialists. Ethical Culture: The workplace culture is very polite and respectful, with no ethical issues or abuse.

Cons

Resource Management: The company’s resource management, including human resources, needs improvement. I've seen valuable employees leave due to inadequate raises or benefits while substantial funds are spent on non-essential items. Salary and Benefits: The salary policy and benefits need to be reevaluated. Better compensation and benefits could help retain top talent and improve overall job satisfaction. Ineffective Feedback Loop: Although the company attempts to gather employee feedback through questionnaires, there is little evidence that this feedback results in meaningful change.

Pros

Was a great place to work, not no longer. The CEO does a great job but needs to be more aware of what is happening in the company and the executives and how they treat employees.

Cons

executives promoting unqualified executives - human resources does not manage employee relations issues and never investigates and when investigations are done, they always take the word of management even when there is a pattern of bad behavior and borders harassment - promoted executive management are unqualified for their jobs - company is no longer what it used to be they used to care for employees - the lack of maturity and decision making by upper management especially the VP of supply chain needs to be trained on how to manage employees and grow up - promoting unqualified employees - upper management treating employees terrible and talking bad about other employees to others in the company - upper management does not support the front line and lets immature management set the tone and takes the word one person who is connected to upper management and does not get both sides of the problem -Morale is not good and management does not care. - EMEA directors are the worst and unethical (Italy) -US VPs yell at employees, slam fists on tables, trash employee offices and makes a scene in front of the department. - no loyalty and unethical behavior from upper management -promotes unqualified people with raises and then lays off long term loyal employees of 20 years. - Directors argue/fight within the same department and don't work as a team. unprofessional very unprofessional.
