      Pros

      Most importantly, all around good people to work with and fosters a very comfortable work atmosphere. Working on a diverse range of ideas and projects invites unique challenges and diversifies skillsets, keeps work interesting and engaging. Very flexible and keeps open channels of communication. Overall a great place to work.

      Cons

      Hours can vary depending on available projects. Newer company so will not have the same benefits of a more established one. Most employees work remotely so coordination between timezones is sometimes difficult.

      Pros

      I've worked at Topflight as a contractor for a while now and love it. There's flexibility with projects and they have a wide range of clientele that keeps the work really diverse. Everyone's focused on doing the best they can projects. Super knowledgeable and really friendly.

      Cons

      Not every project has a dedicated PM. Most projects you're managing yourself and the client. If that is not something you're used to, then you might struggle with that balance.
