      Pros

      Have worked at Topflight going on five years now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time as a software developer. Joe cares deeply about our team and what we create there which makes work enjoyable. Working on a variety of projects that expands skillsets is a huge plus here. The job offers a lot of flexibility as well.

      Cons

      Low/restricted PTO (though this is improving). Having a remote team across different timezones can result in tricky working hours/communication but this normally isn't much of a hinderance.

      Flexibility of time off. Great working environment. Transparency. Working from home. Good pay. Flexible hours. Good colleagues and management staff.

      Cons

      Processes change quite a bit, but that is normal for an agency. However, it takes a while to catch up from the non-agency to agency life. Management supports that very well though.
